Bhushan Kessar

Bhushan Kessar is a senior painter, art educator, and the founder of the Kesar Art Circle in Jammu. With over five decades of contribution to the arts, he has dedicated his career to both artistic practice and art education. Through his work as an educator, Kesar has trained thousands of students, many of whom have gone on to achieve success internationally. His longstanding involvement in painting and teaching reflects a sustained commitment to nurturing artistic talent and contributing to the growth of the arts. As the founder of the Kesar Art Circle, he has also established a platform for artistic engagement in Jammu, further extending his contribution to the region’s art community.
