Sarojine Chopra

Sarojine Chopra is an Indian artist whose known body of work primarily focuses on figurative art. Working predominantly with traditional drawing and painting techniques, she is particularly recognised for her use of conté and pastel on paper. Her works often take the form of delicate figurative sketches and drawings, capturing human forms through expressive and understated compositions. Many of her original artworks are titled Untitled and have been catalogued and offered through niche Indian art platforms, including the Artrise Art Shop. Her practice demonstrates an emphasis on the simplicity and immediacy of drawing, with the human figure serving as a central subject. Through her use of line, tone, and subtle textures, Chopra’s works convey an intimate and observational approach to figurative art.
