Sudip Bandyopadhyay is an Indian filmmaker, painter, designer, photographer, and writer with a diverse creative career spanning advertising, film, and visual arts. He studied at the Government College of Art & Craft, Calcutta, before working as a creative director for leading advertising agencies, including Ogilvy, Rediff, and McCann. He later transitioned into advertising filmmaking, directing films through Thumbnail Pictures, where he led creative and production initiatives. Bandyopadhyay also wrote and directed the feature film Hope Aur Hum. Alongside his work in film and advertising, he continues to pursue painting, design, and photography, bringing together different forms of visual expression across his multimedia practice.
